With a certification in holistic health coaching and years of experience working with clients, I specialize in creating personalized plans that fit your unique lifestyle.

From battling weight gain, anxiety, and the overwhelming demands of work and family, I have walked the path that many women struggle with today. A former athlete and passionate dancer, My life took a drastic turn when I gained 75 kg during my first pregnancy. Between my demanding job as an Assistant Manager at the Bank, long working hours, and the responsibilities of home—caring for my in-laws, including my paralyzed mother-in-law, I found myself  exhausted, unfit, and disconnected from the confident woman I once was.

Despite trying everything, my weight and stress wouldn’t budge. I lost 71 kg to 63 kg but soon hit a plateau, and life threw more challenges her way. With my second pregnancy, my weight shot up again, and the pressures of motherhood grew heavier when my son was diagnosed with ADHD. Anxiety, depression, and guilt weighed on her, but giving up was never an option.

I fought back—not just for myself, but for my children, my health, and my happiness. I learnt, experimented with home-based balanced diets, mindful eating, and smart workouts that fit into a working woman’s life. And guess what? I cracked the code to sustainable fitness without extreme dieting or fancy supplements. Over 9 months, I transformed from 69 kg to 54 kg—while balancing work, family, and life’s toughest moments.
