Hi, I’m Juhi Singh, the founder of SHAPERZ – The Health Club. I hold a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication, along with a Diploma in Banking. I proudly served the banking industry for 13 years—7 years at Vijaya Bank and 6 years at Bank of Baroda.
But my true passion lies in health and wellness.
I’m a Certified Health Coach (under the Fit Bharat Mission by Shivangi Desai), a Certified Zumba Instructor, Certified Nutrition and Weight Management Advisor, Certified Wellness Coach, and a Certified Fitness Trainer.
After my first pregnancy, I hit 75kg, and no matter how much I wanted to feel confident again, life always got in the way.
I’ve always loved fitness—dancing, Zumba, hip-hop—but my 12-hour banking job, home responsibilities, and childcare left me exhausted. My second pregnancy brought the weight back, and when my son was diagnosed with ADHD, life felt even more out of control. Anxiety. Guilt. Exhaustion. I’ve felt it all.
But one day, I said, "Enough!"
I didn’t go on extreme diets. I didn’t spend hours in the gym. Instead, I focused on simple, sustainable changes—home workouts, protein-rich meals, and portion control. In just 9 months, I lost 21kg, while still managing my career, my kids, and my home.
