Your plate matters as much as your workout. Our practical diet plan supports your fitness journey without complicating your kitchen.

Weekly Plan:

  • 4 Days: Normal home-style diet
  • 2 Days: Detox plan
  • Sunday: Yes to cheat & comfort meals!

Diet Details:

  • Suggestions shared daily between 10 – 11 AM
  • Traditional and easy meals based on what you already eat at home
  • No fancy or faddy recipes — fitness starts in your kitchen
  • Shared via Google Doc (valid for one day) – Make sure you have the Google Docs app for best viewing
